Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made using heat press graphics, and are specifically designed for the customer, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality and fairness.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Items

All heat press merchandise is made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design approval after purchase.

Eligible Returns or Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., peeling, cracking, or misaligned graphic)

  • You received the wrong item or design

Return Request Timeframe

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

Approved returns or replacements must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Color differences due to screen displays

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care

Care Instructions Disclaimer

Please follow all provided care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • High heat drying

  • Ironing directly over graphics

  • Improper washing methods

Shipping Costs

  • We cover shipping for approved defective or incorrect items

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on non-defective return requests (if approved)
