Press-UR Ink is an LGBTQ+ owned and operated business made up of a powerful team, we call Framily (friends that are now a family). The team has been working together since 2021. You can probably imagine the brain and "craziness" that one has to endure or possess, in order to come up with some of these crazy slogans we make!

MICHAEL RIFFE | FOUNDER & CEO

Michael is a self-taught graphic designer and website creator with a lifelong passion for creativity. His design journey took shape in his early 30s while working as a nightclub show director, where he began creating show flyers and promotional ads. What started as a creative necessity quickly evolved into a full-scale design career.

Today, Michael’s work spans marketing materials, custom merchandise, websites, and essential branding tools for businesses and individuals alike. His specialty lies in translating ideas into visuals—turning what clients think into bold, expressive Creative Ink.

Michael is also the Founder of Lotz Productions, LLC, an entertainment company that brings his alter ego, Mona Lotz, to life—a live-singing drag queen with a mission rooted in unity and equality. Mona hosts the YouTube podcast “Lotz of Tea,” successfully airing for five years, featuring candid conversations with guests who share their triumphs over trauma and addiction.

C.J. Thom is the backbone of our operations, combining a sharp eye for detail with exceptional technical expertise. As Operations & Tech Manager, C.J. ensures the print room runs smoothly and efficiently, keeping every process on track from start to finish. He is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting all hardware and technical systems, making sure everything is up to date, fully functional, and ready to perform. With a proactive mindset and problem-solving approach, C.J. keeps our production moving without missing a beat.

Ashley Hutzell is the heart of our client experience. As Client Relations Manager, Ashley builds strong, lasting relationships by ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and valued. With a keen attention to detail and a people-first approach, Ashley acts as the bridge between our clients and our team, keeping communication clear and projects moving smoothly. Their dedication to service and satisfaction helps turn first-time customers into long-term partners.
