Press-UR Ink offers custom and non-custom printed goods and related products. All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sale of any product.

Custom products are produced based on the information and designs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before submitting your order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Once an order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance does not guarantee availability in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept approved payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been submitted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on location, order size, and production timelines. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Press-UR Ink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting documentation (such as photos). Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Press-UR Ink or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

By submitting designs, artwork, or content to Press-UR Ink, you represent that you own or have the legal right to use such materials and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

8. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit or request products containing content that is:

• Illegal, hateful, defamatory, or obscene

• Infringing on intellectual property rights

• Violent or threatening

• Misleading or fraudulent

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press-UR Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
